Welcome to AdventureCoin (ADVC)AdventureCoin (ADVC) is a CPU-mineable gaming coin based in a realm of 8-bit and 16-bit fantasy RPGs.
I grew up playing RPGs on the NES and Sega Genesis including Dragon Warrior, The Legend of Zelda, StarTropics, Final Fantasy, Shining Force, and Warsong. You could escape into a fantasy world of being the hero, slaying the dragon, and saving the princess. The ultimate battle between good and evil. You can earn ADVC through dungeon quest rewards (mining), by embarking on side quests, and by visiting Discord. Additional methods of earning ADVC are actively being developed. The Kingdom is being built. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Why 10% Tax on Block Rewards?Coins that rely solely on community donations for enhancements experience slow growth and roadblocks getting listed on exchanges and deploying additional wallets.
Staff and Moderators have traditionally given to the community out of their own pockets. We want to ensure coins are available to keep the community engaged and coming back while attracting and retaining dedicated developers and moderators. Why Are You Taking Donations and Selling Roles?Exchanges often need a certain amount of coins, charge a fee, and need liquidity to be listed. We are trying to limit the need to convert to ADVC to pay these fees as to not harm the price and community. If coins need to be sold or exchanged for the roadmap, it will be done a slow and careful way.

Why CPU Mining and Not Scrypt?Growing up we did not have much money. One Christmas my brother and I got 1 gift - the NES with Mario and Duck Hunt. We played that so much. I look back fondly to those days. The first RPG I got was Dragon Warrior. I remember hiding in the toybox and peeking out while my dad navigated the Dragonlord's castle and then finally beat him. We did not have the internet back then. Just Nintendo Power and the Nintendo Hotline - neither of which was in the budget.
So where am I going with this long and heartfelt story? The main quest of ADVC is mining, and I want mining of ADVC to be accessible to everyone - without needing to buy specialized equipment or deal with hefty electricity bills. CPU mining is available to everyone with a computer and is old school, like the best gaming generation. :) Just be sure to keep it cool as CPU mining generates heat and computers need to stay cool. What About Streaming (Twitch/Kick/YouTube) Revenue)Thank you for your support by subscribing and supporting streaming channels.

What is the YesPowerADVC CPU Algorithm? At the heart of our new mining strategy lies YesPowerADVC, a custom-tuned variant of the proven YesPower algorithm family. Based on YesPowerR16, this version is optimized to be:
⚙️ Highly CPU-efficient 🔒 Heavily resistant to GPU and ASIC optimization 🧩 Aligned with our decentralization-first mining vision By increasing memory and computational requirements in a way that favors CPUs and frustrates parallelism, YesPowerADVC creates a level playing field for everyday users with standard consumer hardware. Why YesPowerADVC Was Chosen for AdventureCoin AdventureCoin is more than just a cryptocurrency — it’s a movement rooted in accessibility, fairness, and community-first development. Staying true to Satoshi Nakamoto’s original vision of “one-CPU-one-vote,” we are building a network that empowers everyone, not just the few with specialized mining farms. Modern PoW networks are increasingly monopolized by industrial-scale mining operations using powerful GPUs and ASICs. This undermines decentralization, excludes regular users, and weakens community trust. AdventureCoin rejects that model. With YesPowerADVC, we intentionally break compatibility with most high-performance GPU and ASIC devices, making mining more inclusive, egalitarian, and secure. Equal Opportunity Mining Anyone with a standard desktop or laptop can mine AdventureCoin — without being outpaced by expensive GPU or ASIC rigs. YesPowerADVC is CPU-Optimized, GPU-Resistant, ASIC-Neutral and designed to run efficiently on standard consumer CPUs. YesPowerADVC helps secure the network by ensuring that no one can gain an outsized advantage via expensive hardware. It supports: 🌍 Greater geographic and socioeconomic decentralization 🔐 Reduced risk of 51% attacks or mining centralization 🧠 Fair distribution of newly minted coins |
